all orders are made to order, so will have a processing time.

I aim to ship all orders within 5 days, though this may be shorter!

all orders will be shipped using royalmail.

UK orders will be shipped on the tracked48 service, which aims to be delivered in two to three working days.

international orders will be shipped on the tracked service. europe delivery aim is three to five working days. worldwide delivery aim is five to seven working days.

please remember that unfortunately sometimes delivery may be delayed, but hopefully with tracked services, your order will arrive safely!

all sales are final and nonrefundable after being shipped. if you would like to cancel your order please contact me asap as this will not be possible thereafter.

resizing and repairs are free of charge, however you will be required to cover the cost to ship to me, and i will cover the cost to ship back to.

i withhold the right to refuse any repairs.
